What good will it do me because I know the real time in my head
It will give me a good excuse to sleep in a bit more than I should

Messing with my head when it's time to hit the hay.
Crazy how the world works and how we're bound in time
We have the man to log down hours of labor just to make a dime.
To be on the dot, to head in a bit early
Then to realize as wound up as we are, time is the least of our worries.
